  • Delayed responses to queries or requests.

6 Project Timelines

Virtual Canvas Limited will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the timeline specified in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreed project schedule.

The stated timeline is based on the client providing all required information, content, approvals, feedback, credentials, and access promptly.

Where a delay occurs due to the client, the project completion date may be extended accordingly.

Virtual Canvas Limited shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances attributable to the client or from third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7 Advance Payments & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all advance payments made to Virtual Canvas Limited are non-refundable.

Once a project has been confirmed and an advance payment has been received, resources may be allocated and work may commence. The advance payment may cover project planning, design, development, staff time, administration, software, resources, and other costs associated with initiating the project.

Therefore, if a client cancels a project after confirmation or commencement of work, the advance payment will not be refundable unless Virtual Canvas Limited expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Any refund or exception to this policy must be agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Virtual Canvas Limited.

8 Changes and Additional Requirements

Any changes to the agreed project scope after work has commenced may affect the project timeline and/or cost.

Additional features, functionality, pages, designs, revisions, integrations, content, or other requirements that were not included in the original quotation may be subject to additional charges.

Where reasonably possible, Virtual Canvas Limited will notify the client of any additional costs before carrying out additional work.
